With the majority of American baby-boomers soon to be over 50, it's a good time to consider how one would spend the second half of life. One's goals could be quite large and specifically precise for the next moment. Either way, Karla Freeman manages, through her responses to 101 significant questions, to hit on most of the areas most adults in middle age will eventually consider in brief or expanded form.

This reviewer loves the practicality and highest vision of these segments of wisdom that could be read as one unit or divided up into daily reflections. In essence it invites the reader to contemplate how one's highest vision can be fulfilled with or without money, passion, well-being, creativity, fear, energy, work, etc. In other words, it asks one to reflect on things one desires or needs in life and consider what blocks or allows energetic progress towards meeting one's goals. What feelings and disease create is also discussed.

Several topics invite the reader to complete some exercises which can only add to the unique value of the wisdom shared in this collection.

Wisdom and inspiring incentive permeate every page, as well as the opportunity to begin a meaningful journey at this juncture in life and to give and receive greater intimacy with our self and others.

Magical, indeed, Ms. Freeman!
